Knitting
Raw yarn is transformed into premium knit fabric across our integrated knitting facility. Working with our sister concern Howlader Knitting, we produce everything from lightweight Single Jersey to complex Jacquard constructions — maintaining precise tension control for uniform fabric quality.
Cutting
Precision cutting transforms knit fabric into exact pattern pieces. Our cutting team works to buyer-approved tech packs, ensuring millimeter accuracy across every ply. Computer-aided marker planning minimizes fabric waste and maintains consistency across bulk production runs.
Sewing & Assembly
The heart of our operation. 97 precision machines across Brother and Pegasus platforms stitch every component together. Our 66 Brother 7250 plain machines — industry gold standard — handle the majority of seaming, while Pegasus overlock and cylinder machines provide specialized finishing seams.
Printing
Our printing partner Mishma Color Ltd. applies screen, sublimation, and digital printing techniques with precision color matching. Fabric-specific inks and state-of-the-art machinery ensure vibrant, long-lasting results that maintain color vibrancy through repeated washing and use.
Embroidery
Howlader Embroidery Ltd. executes intricate designs with premium threads using modern multi-head embroidery machinery. Beginning with precise design digitization, they stitch with consistent tension to achieve vibrant, durable results that reinforce rather than compromise fabric integrity.
Finishing
Finishing transforms assembled garments into retail-ready products. Steam pressing, thread trimming, measurement checking, and presentation preparation all happen at this stage. Specialist button and buttonhole machines from Brother ensure precise detail work, while eyelet machines add finishing hardware.
Quality Control
Multi-point quality inspection occurs at every production stage — not just at final check. Pre-production, in-line, and final QC ensure compliance with buyer-specific requirements and international standards including OEKO-TEX and RSC. Third-party audits and client factory visits welcome at any time.
Packaging & Export
Final garments are packed to buyer specifications — individual poly-bags, hangers, boxes, or retail-ready presentation. Export documentation is prepared for compliance with EU, USA, and Canadian import requirements. Every shipment is tracked from factory floor to destination port.
